City of Port Phillip elections will be held on Saturday 22nd October 2016, at polling places around the municipality.
As a result of a recent VEC review, the former Catani Ward (which I have proudly represented for the past eight years) will no longer exist.
Instead, City of Port Phillip has been divided into three new wards – Gateway Ward, Lake Ward and Canal Ward – and three councillors will be elected for each ward.
I am standing for Lake Ward, which covers the majority of St Kilda, St Kilda West, Middle Park and Albert Park.
Where to vote in Lake Ward:
- Albert Park Primary School, Bridport Street (access via Cardigan Street), Albert Park
- Cora Graves Centre, 88 Blessington Street (close to the Herbert Street corner, just up from Barkly Street), St Kilda
- Middle Park Primary School, 194 Richardson Street (access via Mills Street), Middle Park
- St Kilda Park Primary School, 68 Fitzroy Street (behind the Bowling Club, not far from the Grey Street intersection), St Kilda
